Before You Apply
You don't need any of this to register — but here's what to expect before we can approve you for an event.
Documentation
Public and employers' liability insurance at the limits required for your event, Local Authority registration, food hygiene rating, risk assessments, HACCP, applicable gas and electrical certificates, allergen information, and a photo + menu per unit. Check your event's confirmed requirements in the portal; the Halo team reviews documents before approval.
Fees & Costs
Wimbledon, Morden and Great Lines Fireworks: £500 + VAT per pitch (£600 including VAT), with no waste fee. Power is charged separately. The 15% sales fee is calculated after VAT and 1.75% card fees. Your itemised offer confirms the selected units and full terms before you sign.
Drinks
Wholesale drinks ordering through Halo does not apply to Wimbledon, Morden or Great Lines Fireworks. The products you may sell are agreed in your event offer.
Waste & Environment
Biodegradable packaging where possible. All grey water, cooking oil and pallets leave with you. Pitch photos on arrival — fines may apply for damage.
Vouchers
Accepting staff food tokens or QR vouchers is your choice. Opt in or opt out for each event in your application. Participation is never assumed; redemption and reimbursement arrangements must be agreed before use.
Your event Trader Pack follows your application, shortlist, signed offer and verified payment. It is not a registration requirement or a public download.
