Show the whole unit.

A clear frontage photo helps the team see your branding, serving point and finished presentation. Add photos to the actual unit you want to bring.

02 / THE MENU

Make it easy to read.

Add your current menu, prices and dietary options. Keep it matched to the unit so the team can compare food types and build a balanced event line-up.

03 / THE DETAILS

Tell us what fits.

List your full footprint, service capacity and power needs. Include the towbar, menu boards, support vehicles and any extra back-of-house space.

One business. Each unit. Each event.

Build once.
Keep it current.

Your company details stay together. Photos, menus and setup belong to each physical unit; applications and decisions belong to each event.

COMPANY

Your business

Keep your contact information and company details up to date. Sign in to your existing record instead of creating another account.

UNITS

Your working setup

Add or edit units, menus, photos and documents from your portal. Tell us about extra equipment and power, not just the main trailer.

EVENTS

Your applications

Choose an event and the units you want considered. Dates remain separate, and not every unit you apply with will necessarily receive an offer.

What happens after you apply

A clear route to your pitch.

An application starts a review, not a booking. You see the selected units, pitches, fees and terms before you commit.

  1. 01

    Halo shortlists

The team reviews the event fit, food category, menu and presentation of the units you applied with. A shortlist does not create a bill.

  2. 02

    An offer is issued

Check the exact successful units and pitches, itemised fees and event terms. An offer for one unit does not approve the rest.

  3. 03

    You review & sign

An authorised person accepts the versioned offer. If the units or charges are wrong, ask Halo to correct the offer before signing.

  4. 04

    Admin requests payment

After signature, an authorised Halo admin creates the matching payment request. Signing does not automatically take a payment.

  5. 05

    You pay through Square

Open the payment request from your portal and check the amount. Complete the checkout and return to see your payment status.

  6. 06

    Halo confirms the stall

Payment, current human-approved compliance, photo, menu and available capacity must be checked before the stall is confirmed.

Event fees and conditions vary. Read the current event information and your exact offer before signing. Applying, shortlisting or paying alone is not stall confirmation.

Good to know

A little preparation.
A smoother application.

Start with your business and units. Your portal keeps the detail in the right place as your application progresses.

Read the event requirements

Which documents do I need?
Your portal shows the applicable company and unit requirements, including insurance and relevant food-safety, gas and electrical evidence. Upload readable files, select the correct unit and keep expiry dates current. OCR can suggest dates, but a person must review the evidence before compliance changes.
What do I include in my pitch setup?
Record the full unit dimensions including towbar, the working pitch footprint, menu boards, support trailers or vehicles, back-of-house space and additional power. A setup update does not automatically change an agreed pitch or signed fee.
Can I add, edit or remove staff?
Yes. Manage the roster and hygiene certificates in your portal. Archive a staff record when someone is no longer working with you; their history is retained. Adding a staff member does not give them portal login access. Individual roster edits do not send staff an email.
Can I apply with more than one unit?
Yes. Select the relevant units for each event. Decisions are made per unit and event, so an offer may include only some of the units you applied with. Check the named units and pitch lines before you sign.
Where are fees, vouchers and the Trader Pack?
Current event information gives the fee guide; your itemised offer fixes your actual charges and terms. Voucher participation is an explicit event choice. The Trader Pack is provided after payment when the approved pack for your event is available; it is not a public registration download.
