TraderPitchBy We Are Halo

For event organisers

A line-up
with purpose.

The right mix starts with a clear view of every trader. Halo uses TraderPitch to bring the food, physical units, event decisions and operational checks into one workflow.

Selection with the detail in view

Start with what your
guests will experience.

Use menus, food categories, dietary options and unit presentation to review the mix. Keep the decision attached to the actual unit and the actual event.

01 / PRESENTATION

Photos & menus

See the frontage and current menu alongside the application. Review the products, pricing and service setup, not just a company name.

02 / THE MIX

Categories & events

Filter applications by event, food or trade category and stage. Keep separate dates distinct and identify where the line-up needs another option.

03 / THE DECISION

A per-unit shortlist

Shortlist the units that fit. A company can have several applications, with different units and decisions at each event.

Beyond the shortlist

Good selection needs
good preparation.

A promising application is only the beginning. Keep the commercial decision separate from the practical checks needed to confirm a stall.

COMMERCIAL

Exact offers & fees

Issue an itemised offer for the selected units and pitches. The trader signs first; an authorised admin then creates the payment request.

PHYSICAL

Pitch & power

Review unit dimensions, towbar, extra equipment, support vehicles, back-of-house space and power needs before final allocation.

READINESS

Documents & people

Track compliance evidence and staff hygiene certificates. OCR suggestions wait for human review; an upload is not automatic approval.

A useful 360 view

One record.
The right context.

Company, unit and event views each answer a different question. Clear menus keep the next action close without showing every detail at once.

Trader 360 · who are we working with?
Review the company, units and menus, documents, staff and event offers in dedicated sections. See the relationship without merging separate event decisions.
Unit 360 · what is actually arriving?
Check the physical unit, frontage photo, current menu and pitch setup. Update documents against the exact unit, with human review of replacement evidence.
Event workflow · what needs to happen next?
Move from selection to offers and billing, then documents and readiness. Payment and available capacity are checked alongside current approved compliance, a photo and a menu before stall confirmation.
Staff & access · who can do what?
Keep staff accreditation separate from portal access. A roster entry does not create a login. Authorised admins can add, edit, archive or restore staff while retaining history and certificates.
Audit trail · what changed?
The admin Activity Log records supported account and workflow actions with the acting user and affected records. Review changes and login activity without treating a browser action as proof of a completed payment.

Tell Halo about
your event.

Share the brief so the team can discuss the right next step. Sending an enquiry does not book traders or confirm a price.
